EXPERIENCE CONDITIONS

1. WHAT IS "ALGÚ HA PENSAT EN TU"?

"Algú ha pensat en tu" is an experience created by Petit Figueret that allows one person to invite another to enjoy a burger as a token of appreciation or recognition.

The recipient will receive a personal invitation and will discover the identity of the person who made the gift during their visit to the restaurant.

2. WHAT DOES THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDE?

The experience is priced at €15 and includes:

A burger from the Petit Figueret range of 120 g or 180 g.
A Dry Aged burger of 120 g or 180 g.
Any of the chicken burgers available on the menu.
Any of the vegan burgers available on the menu.
The complete "Algú ha pensat en tu" experience.
The red envelope with the revelation of the person who made the gift.

Specifically excluded from the experience are:

Double burgers (2 x 180 g or 2 x 120 g).
Double versions of any burger.
Special burgers or elaborations that Petit Figueret may temporarily incorporate outside the categories indicated above.
Any supplement or extra added at the client's request.

Drinks, starters, desserts, coffees and any other product consumed during the visit are not included, unless expressly indicated.

3. ADVANCE RESERVATION

To enjoy the experience it will be mandatory to make an advance reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

The reservation must be made exclusively through the online reservation system at www.petitfigueret.com.

It will not be possible to manage or validate reservations for this experience by phone, social networks, email or other channels other than the reservation engine enabled for the campaign.

The reservation must always be made using:

The name of the person who received the invitation message.
The same phone number to which Petit Figueret sent the initial campaign communication.

These details are necessary to correctly verify and manage the experience.

During the reservation process it will be mandatory:

Select the "Other" option in the "Indicate special occasion" section.
Write "Algú ha pensat en tu" in the "Other special requests" section.

In those cases where more than one person participating in the campaign shares a table, the name and phone number associated with each of the additional invitations must also be indicated in the "Other special requests" section, in order to allow the correct management and validation of the experience.

COMING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS ALSO RECEIVED AN INVITATION?

If two or more participating people share a table:

In "Other special requests" write:

Algú ha pensat en tu
Your name and phone number
The names of the other participating people and their phone numbers

Petit Figueret may limit or reject the application of the experience when it is not possible to adequately verify the identity of the participating people or when the indicated reservation instructions have not been followed.

4. VALIDITY OF THE GIFT

The invitation will be valid during the entire period the campaign is active.

Once this period has elapsed without having enjoyed the experience, the gift will expire.

5. PERSONAL CHARACTER OF THE GIFT

The experience is linked to the recipient indicated by the person making the gift.

Petit Figueret may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the beneficiary and ensure the correct functioning of the campaign.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Reservations may be modified or canceled with reasonable notice by contacting Petit Figueret directly.

Failure to attend a reservation without prior notice may imply the loss of the experience.

7. APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AND USE

Petit Figueret may deny or interrupt the experience in those cases where there are disrespectful, fraudulent behaviors or contrary to the normal functioning of the establishment.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Petit Figueret acts as an intermediary in the communication and delivery of a gift requested by one person to another.

Petit Figueret is not responsible for the personal relationships existing between the person making the gift and the one receiving it, nor for the consequences derived from said relationships.

9. CONTINUITY OF THE CHAIN

The possibility of continuing the chain and making a new gift is completely voluntary.

The experience can end after enjoying the received gift without any obligation to continue it.

10. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN

Petit Figueret may modify, suspend or terminate the campaign when there are organizational, technical or force majeure causes that so advise.

These modifications will not affect the experiences already acquired and in force unless duly justified supervening impossibility.
