This policy regulates the processing of personal data collected in the framework of the "Algú ha pensat en tu" campaign.
The purpose of this processing is:
- Manage the purchase and payment of the experience.
- Manage the reservation associated with the gift.
- Communicate the existence of the gift to the recipient.
- Coordinate the delivery of the experience in the restaurant.
- Attend queries or incidents related to the campaign.
The data will not be used for advertising or commercial purposes other than those described in this policy.

Data of the person making the gift:
- Name and surname.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Information necessary for payment management.
Recipient's data:
- Name.
- Phone number and/or email address.
Petit Figueret will only request the data strictly necessary for the management of the experience.
4. ORIGIN OF RECIPIENT'S DATA
The contact details of the recipient are provided by the person making the gift.
This person declares to personally know the recipient and to consider it reasonable for them to receive this communication within the framework of the campaign.
5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing the data of the person making the gift is the execution of the contractual relationship derived from the purchase of the experience.
Regarding the recipient, the processing is strictly limited to the management and communication of a gift requested by a third party, with Petit Figueret acting as an intermediary in said communication.
6. COMMUNICATIONS
Petit Figueret may contact the recipient exclusively to:
- Inform of the existence of the gift.
- Facilitate the reservation.
- Manage the experience.
In no case will their data be used for:
- Newsletters.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Advertising.
- Future commercial actions.
7. DATA CONSERVATION
The data will be kept only for the time necessary to manage the experience and comply with applicable legal obligations.
As a guideline:
- If the recipient does not respond or refuses to participate, their data will be deleted within a maximum period of 90 days.
- If they participate in the experience, the data will be kept only for the time necessary for its administrative and legal management.
8. RECIPIENTS
The data may be processed by technological providers necessary for the management of the campaign, such as form platforms, messaging services, reservation systems or web hosting providers.
In no case will the data be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
Interested persons may at any time exercise their rights of:
- Access.
- Rectification.
- Erasure.
- Objection.
- Limitation of processing.
- Portability.

Likewise, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
10. DELETION OF RECIPIENT DATA
If the recipient does not wish to participate in the experience or wishes us to delete their data, they may request it at any time by responding to the message received or by contacting Petit Figueret.
The request will be handled as soon as possible.
11. PARTICIPATION IN THE FINAL DRAW
Participation in any final draw associated with the campaign will be completely voluntary.
Participation in the experience and participation in the draw are independent.
In the event of a draw, specific and separate acceptance of its corresponding legal bases will be requested.
12. MODIFICATIONS
Petit Figueret may update this policy to adapt it to regulatory changes or improvements in the campaign, always maintaining the principles of transparency and data minimization.
